There are several different types of heart disease, but many of them, including a heart attack, have a set of symptoms they all share.  If you should have any signs of heart problems, it's best to get them looked at by a doctor.

 

Palpitations

A palpitation is a fluxuation in your normal heartbeat.  It can feel like your heart skipped a beat, like your heart is fluttering, the heartbeat is speeding up, slowing down, or like your heart is about to pound out of your chest.

 

Chest Pain

This one is a fairly obvious sign of a heart problem.  The pain can come in various forms, from a dull throb to sharp stabbing pains.  If you should start to experience severe chest pain, you should seek medical attention immediately.

 

Shortness of Breath

Shortness of breath is one of the signs of heart problems.  Shortness of breath during activities is caused by the heart not processing oxygen into blood at the rate that it should be.  It can either be doing it too fast or too slow.  Regardless, if you have shortness of breath in combination with any other symptoms, you should seek the advice of a doctor.

hi,i just have question,im from philippines.any way.i got this thing kinda electric or pinch coming from my armpit going to my chest its not painful its just makes me jump.what is it?can u please help me?i just want to make sure,i already benn to 2 doctors,got e.k.g and checked up they all say got no heart problem.any way,i just want to get 3rd opinion.thank you so much i appreciate it if u can give me idea.

i had my 2d echo and it was found out that i have my heart discoloration, what does this mean? is this alarming? m not feeling different anyway but sometimes m worried, my doctor didn't give me medication, he just gave clearance from my breast operation, but since for me it sounds unusual m getting worried and i dont wanna go back again to my doctor because he's not accommodating & suplado besides i paid his P.F. of P600.00(consultation fee)

Pls., advise me what is the medcation for this problem to have my heart normal
